Workshop & Training on ‘ Biomedical & Health Research and Clinical Trial Rules’ Held at PRM Medical College and Hospital, Baripada

Baripada/Bhubaneswar: Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College and Hospital, Baripada in collaboration with ICMR-RMRC, Bhubaneswar, successfully organised a One-day Workshop and Training on “Biomedical & Health Research”. The event was chaired by Prof. Dr. Prativa Panda, Dean and Principal, PRMMCH Baripada and coordinated by Prof. Dr. Priti Das (HOD Pharmacology and Member Secretary, Institutional Ethics Committee, PRM MCH) and Prof. Dr. L. V. Gouri (HOD Surgery and Nodal officer, Multidisciplinary Research Unit, PRMMCH).
Dr. Sidharth Giri and Dr. Jaya Singh Kshatri from ICMR-RMRC, Bhubaneswar, Dr. Arvind Kumar Singh from AIIMS, Bhubaneswar and Prof. Dr. Priti Das from PRMMCH, Baripada delivered talks on various topics on ICH-GCP, New Drugs & Clinical Trial Rules for Biomedical & Health Research .
It was jointly organized by the Multidisciplinary Research Unit and the Department of Pharmacology of PRM Medical College and Hospital. Prof. Dr. Rabindra Kumar Mishra, Superintendent PRMMCH Baripada was also present in the programme.
Active participation and engagement from all Heads of the Departments and faculties of PRMMCH, faculties from other Institutions and students of PRMMCH was observed.
