Discussion with Shri Bijayashree Routray, Minister, forest & environment regarding the silver jubilee celebrations by NYCA

Bhubaneswar: The leading socio-cultural association of the state Niladrivihar Youth & Cultural Association (NYCA) has made an elaborate discussion regarding its this year silver jubilee celebrations on a courtesy meet with Shri Bijayshree Routray, Hon’ble Minister forest and environment today. The President of the association Dr. Prakash Chandra Panigrahi & Secretary Shri Biswajit Pattnaik (Silu) briefed the Minister regarding the 24 year journey of the association, cultural, social service, people oriented activities of the association along with the various proposed programme of this year (2018-19) silver jubilee celebrations of the association during the discussion by presenting him the silver jubilee logo, the brochure containing the activities of the association. During the meet the Minister thoroughly gone through the activities and expressed his satisfaction and praised the effort and motive of the youths and assured all sorts of help for the function. The Minister also urged that the youths should play a major role in protecting the environment and wished all success of the function. During the meet among others the sr. Professor of Silicon Institute of Technology Mr. Biswajit Baral was present and actively participated in the discussion. This motive of the association was praised by the intellectuals of the locality.
