After submitting the nomination forms, the entries went through a stringent evaluation process and were rated and qualified on three parameters – early bird, jury evaluation and popular vote.

Swachhagraha focuses on creating a culture of cleanliness and promoting civic consciousness among citizens through young leaders. It aims to bring a lasting change in the country, specifically in the health scenario by targeting sanitation related problems.
