“ Lakme Academy opened in Bhubaneswar”
Bhubaneswar : Good news for young beauty career aspirants. To cater the needs of the segment Aptech’s Lakme academy started it’s journey in the capital city Bhubaneswar. The academy opened on in the BMC Bhawani Mall to train and certify on beauty skills. Shri Anant Narayan Jena, hon’ble MLA inaugurated the academy whereas spokesperson of W&CD Sulata Deo were present as the guest of honour. They said it will boost the emerging need for the youth mass who want to make a career in beauty. In this event, regional manager of East India division of the organisation Mr. Subhasish Mohapatra put a light on the organisation’s vision and mission. Lakme academy is a beauty and wellness training centre. It deals not just with the training, but also with the placement of the students in various reputed companies. There are 150 centres throughout the country and the Bhubaneswar centre is another addition to that. With adequate theory and classroom teaching, the students are exposed to the practical scenario as well. In this Bhubaneswar centre the students will be able to get trained on beauty, hair and skincare, corporate makeup, personal grooming, bridal makeup, classic and creative cuts, hair colouring etc. The students trained from here will be able to join cinema industry, beauty salons and television to start their career in this. There are short-term and long-term courses available here. Students are expected to take their wants into account and roll in the training centre accordingly to embark a journey in the world of beauty. Other dignitaries and members of the organisation such as Bhubaneswar franchise head Mr. Pradipta Pradhan, Renuprabha Pradhan were also present in this occasion.
