Seminar at Maharshi College in collaboration with IIMT
Bhubaneswar:Seminar on “Economic System and Human Rights” was held at Maharshi College of Natural Law in Collaboration with Interscience Institute of Management and Technology, (IIMT) Kantabada under the presidentship of Prof.Manju Patnaik, Principal of the college. Prof.Kailash Chandra Biswal, HOD of Management NEHU Shillong, Prof. Santosh Kumar Mishra, IIM, Bengaluru. Sri Suresh Chandra Sarangi former General Manager, Bank of India attending the event told that economic system of a country regulates the production, distribution & marketing of the products and also manage the natural resources of the state. It also helps to augment the economic condition of the country. India’s economic System was open in1991 and ended the License and permit raj. Direct Foreign Investment (DFI) come to India and it establish economic position of India at 3.75 trillion dollar and its places Fifth in the world. Participating in the debate Prof.Dr Jagamohan Pattanayak, Dean, Administration, IIMT told that the seminar topic has been selected by Dr.Fransishco Vliglarilo, Professor of Lai Plata university of Argentina and head lecture series chair of UNESCO who propose to organise the seminar in different colleges of Odisha by the cooperation of Prof,(Dr).Srikanta Patnaik, Chairman, IIMT. Sri Kailash Ranjan Pradhan gave the Vote of Thanks and Smt.Sroojani Mohanty Coordinate the event.
