Bhubaneswar: As the festive season started. To add true light and color in advance to celebrate Dussehra & Diwali, IOCL had extended the CSR support to Parichay Foundation to provide 355 women families with LED Solar lamps to the poor slum/village female vendors who deprived of basic amenities belonging to the periphery of the Haldia refinery and SHG’s of Haldia Municipality.
