Bhubaneswar: A two-day folk festival by Kalanjali Artistry Trust has been inaugurated at Utkal Mandap in collaboration with Odisha Government and Evos Buildcon. This initiative has been taken by the Kalanjali Trust for the development of folk art in the rich the art in land of Odisha. This program is inaugurated Padmashri Devi Prasanna Patnaik.
