On Christmas day a special Christmas feed 2020 was organised by We can Charitable trust and Guntur Mess near Unit-9 Kendriya Vidaylaya. More than 200 people were fed at the occasion. Interacting with the media We can Charitable trust founder Chaitali Shome said,” Christmas is all about the Joy of giving and we are providing a good lunch to the homeless and poor along with Guntur Mess a new name in Andhra Cuisine. BiMohan Parhi of Guntur Mess also said,” that serving people is the service to God and it’s a wonderful time to feed such hungry souls.”
It may be noted that We can charitable trust is keen to provide free meal to the needy and homeless during Pandemic. The trust has already offered food groceries to the people of various slums in Bhubaneswar, Bhadrak,Khorda and to the tribal’s at Dhenkanal. Guntur Mess a new venture of Babu Mosai restaurant owned by Bimohan Parhi.Various new programs will be soon organised by both these organisations to feed more homeless souls.
